Jasmine was tasked with fixing an overly dark colour from another salon, that I shall not use again. We took 3 months to slowly adjust and blend colour to avoid damaging my hair. This week we absolutely nailed it! I came away from the salon with the perfect colour, cut and blow dry. I have very high standards and my coarse hair is unusually difficult to style. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of my Cheveaux experience. I highly recommend Jasmine’s cutting, colouring and styling skills. I’m giving Jasmine the big rave, she truly deserves it. But all my experiences at Cheveaux have been great. I have been seeing Freda for eyelash and brow tinting for over 6 years. She is the best! Seriously, a flawless track record of painless lash tints! The staff are welcoming and supportive. I had to change my appointment at the last minute, meaning that Jasmine was not able to complete my blow dry…but Cheveaux found a way to help me look my best before leaving the country. My voluminous blow dry was performed by Erin to my exacting standards with Jasmine’s instructions. I’m seriously impressed🌟
